VahanReady respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number, email, date of birth, address and RTO details.
• Documents you upload, such as Aadhaar, photo and signature.
• Payment references from Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

Only to prepare and submit your application, contact you about it, send reminders you agreed to, and meet legal requirements.

Storage and access

Documents are stored privately. Only you and our authorised staff can view them.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with:

• Government transport portals (Parivahan / RTO), to file your application.
• Razorpay, to process your payment.
• An AI service provider that answers the questions you type into the in-app help assistant.
• WhatsApp or phone, when you contact us that way.

We never sell your personal data.

Help assistant

Please do not type your Aadhaar number or other sensitive ID numbers into the help assistant.
