These terms apply when you use vahanready.in or buy a service from VahanReady ("we", "us").

Our service

VahanReady is a private assistance service. We help you prepare and submit driving licence and RTO applications. We are not the RTO, Parivahan or any government body, and we do not issue licences.

Fees

• Prices shown on the site are our service charges, payable online through Razorpay before your application is submitted.
• Government fees, where applicable, are separate.

Your responsibilities

• Give true and complete details and genuine documents.
• Only upload someone else's documents (such as a relative's Aadhaar) with their permission.

Results

Approval, test results and timelines are decided by the RTO. Any time estimate we give is a typical figure, not a guarantee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
